Matthew Gunbie

Chief Executive Officer

Matthew has been a partner and service provider with “Big 4” accounting and consulting firms for over 35 years. More recently he has been a partner with EY in Saudi Arabia since 2015 where he was responsible for the Government and Public Services Sector in MENA. 

He led the development and implementation of the fixed asset solution and served clients such as Aramco, SWCC, Saudi Railways, the Ministry of Health in Saudi Arabia and the Ministry of Energy In Saudi Arabia. Matthew qualified as a Chartered Accountant in England and Wales and as a Certified Public Accountant in the US (Georgia).

Jalal Haji

Director of Business Development

Jalal has extensive experience in audit, advisory, finance and accounts, business strategy, planning and implementation. He worked in private sector for 20 years. After his experience in KPMG, Jalal has held senior positions like CFO of Calyon Gulf, Head of Central Operation KFH Bahrain, Head of Operation Bahrain International Bank and COO of Financial Investment. He has consulting & management expertise in different industries like banking, investment, finance, insurance manufacturing. 

More recently, Jalal has owned and managed Ramlat Bahrain, where he successfully led a number of large fixed asset projects, including the Ministry of Health in Saudi Arabia.

Gopal Kuchibhotla

Director of Solutions Development

Gopal is a seasoned business advisor with over 30 years of experience, helping clients large and small across various industries, leverage technology in the finance domain for superior business outcomes and sustained excellence. He has worked in the government, corporate and non-profit sectors in MENA, India, UK, US and the Asia Pacific regions; and made stellar contributions at marquee clients such as Saudi Railways, Saline Water Conversion Corporation (KSA), Fertiglobe (UAE & Egypt), Ministry of Health (KSA), Aramco, ABB, British Council, Malaysian Airways, ExxonMobil, Gas Authority of India, Air Products etc., He was till recently the leader of EY India for Finance 4.0 Consulting and was earlier instrumental in developing the global outsourcing/managed services methodology at PwC. An engineer by education, Gopal loves history, literature and classical music; and is a recent convert to football, thanks to the Qatar World Cup.

Sajjad Rashid

Director of Client Services

Sajjad has previously worked in banking, investment and manufacturing arenas for more than 20 years, he has great proficiency in accounts, finance, internal controls and risk management. He has held senior finance positions for more than 12 years and has extensive experience of Fixed Assets and Inventory management projects including some very large projects currently being one of the most demanded sub-contractor for fixed asset projects for Big-4 consulting firms in Saudi. 

He has a fellowship in ACCA (FCCA), Certified Islamic Professional Accountant (CIPA), MBA Finance & BS
